Did you double check all your wiring connections? Sounds like your rewire/plug layout is wrong. Possible timing also. The way it sounds on the first gear on the video you can hear it starting to spark prematurely before it starts to stutter at 4k rpm.

I did check all the wiring per magnus motorsports website, and all is correct, with truly good connections verified by ohm meter. Timing was checked. Should i possibly retard timing?

Would you guys call this sound a stutter. What is the correct name for this condition?

If you only give it alittle throttle will it boost fine and not stutter. The same thing is going on with my car now. If I give it more than 40% throttle it will stutter and the bov off valve goes crazy. But if I only give it part throttle it boost and runs fine.

Well if i only give a little gas it will go to maybe 4 or 5 k rpm, but even then it wants to almost cut out.

Update... I have but new 6es's in at .028 didnt change anything.

Does it happen when you drive only- It sounds like the more you load up the engine the more it wants to misfire.
I would check coil primary side. Then very tps never falls off, Like theres a burnt spot on the tps and when that sounds good check your mas or maf whatever you got.

Are you getting any codes? What are your fuel trims doing?
