Okay i bought a 91 gst 5 speed. Only mod car has is exhaust and Supposed jdm ecu. On cold start up the car has a high idle and jumps around alot. between 1500-2000. When It warms up its at 2,000. Also anytime the car is at idle the car has a vibration. The car has poly engine mounts. Also the car runs very rich all the time. What color are stock injectors? The only problem i can see is that the receculation tube needs to be put back on, other then that i cannot find any problems. You cause have any suggestions?

Set your curb idle speed, and make sure your throttle cables are adjusted properly. That should get you heading in the right direction for the high idle issues. You may have to look at your TPS and ISC as well. The stock 450cc injectors should be blue (I think). But you said it has a "JDM" ECU so you will have to determine what injectors the ECU is set up for. Best bet would be to cross reference the ECU number will the list thats out there. This way you can at least determine what car it came from and hopefully what injectors go with it. I dont have the link with me, I am at work. I will find it when I get home and repost.

Also remember that having any vacuum problems will also cause your car to idle bad and surge due to it sucking in any extra air after the throttle body. I know whenever a vacuum popped off on my car it would idle high, and surge and what not. So when you get a chance, try to check all your vacuum lines, and if you can zip tie them so they don't come off when they see boost. Of course please take into consideration what the others have said too! I'm just throwing out another possible cause of the problem. Keep up updated.

ya first put the recirculation tube back on....it could be because you have a leak on your intake where the recirculation goes....as chicken patty said, check all your lines for a vacuum leak too
