Hey everyone i am almost done with my engine swap! I have a 1990 Eagle Talon Tsi and my timing belt went bad and the teeth broke off where the crank turns the timing belt! so i take out the motor and drop in the extra motor that came with the car got a good deal. Its from a 1992! I switched everything over but the oil pump, so i go to connect the oil cooler and the Oil cooler bolts fit! but When I connect the first Oil Cooler Bolt the other one cant connect its to big and cant get on! So i am thinking of just running this SS Oil Cooler! So what should i do? can this work on this motor i see it says its for a 90 only! so i amnot sure if it will work? also i was reading something that 91 up had a oil water cooler that is different! i also need to connect the line that comes of the water pump to the cooler right? i will take pics of that tommorow! and post them! show you what i mean wait i have some right now! Here are the pics! you can tell which one is the 90 motor and the other one is a 92! i checked vin and its a 92~ well thanks for your time and reading the post! and again thanks DsmTuners and all of our community!
