Last night I decided to change my timing belt on my 1G as it was getting around the 30k mile mark. I replaced both the Timing belt and my Fidanza cam sprockets with a new set oa AEM true time sprockets and a Greddy timing belt. When I took the car for a test ride it felt a little hesitant and throttle response was a bit off so I threw my timing light on and found the timing was off. I got the timing back into spec but the cam angle sensor was rotated all the way to the backto get it there (no more room for adjustment). I don't know if I'm overreacting but I don't think I should have needed to do this in order to get the timing set again. Also, the car does not seem a powerful after the timing belt change. I know I set all the timing marks properly and turned the engine over several times and rechecked the marks. I just wanted to get an opinion from you guys on this. Let me know your thoughts.

FYI, the exhaust cam of my fidanza's was set to -5 but my new AEM's I left zero'd until I got time to tune, but I didn't think this would cause this much loss.
