KARMAN on SAFC Only Reads 3hz max & Car Wont Run Correctly.

Ive tried 3 different MAF's and the reading on the SAFC doesnt change at all.. 3hz the whole time the car is on..the car wont go past 10 mph...

what could it be ?

Did you just wire in a 2g mas or anything or was it sudden? I know I looked at the diagram backwards the first time LOL. Also pull the plug if its 1gMAF and make sure none of the pins were bent down and not seeing contact. Had that happen too looks hooked up but no good!

When you installed the SAFC did you use 'vampire-style' wire taps or did you solder the wires together? If you used the vampire clips they can sometimes be questionable. The same can be said for cold solder joints too, but if soldered properly, you should never have a problem with that joint.

I would start looking over your wiring for a loose wire, a bad connection or a bad ground point. Check these at the ECU wire harness as well as the 1G-2G plug/adapter at the MAS. I've been running a 2G MAS and SAFC2 in my '90 GSX for awhile now and I have zero problems with this setup.

Good luck.
