Need help with my datalogger (will pay)!!!

ok car is a 98 gsx with a 6 bolt in it i have mmcd and pocket logger software bot h installed on my sony clie at first i thought this was my hot sync cable so i ordered another one and its still doin the same thing. When i go to log it on the mmcd software when i go to read DTC'S it says Serial Comm Error

When i try it on the pocket logger software it comes up waiting for data please wait. it also says on the top of the main page on my pocket logger

If that means anything i dont know?? DO the interface pieces go bad?? Or is there something wrong with my dataport on the car or what the hell is it?? Please Help me Please Thanks! Anmy help is really appreciated and if u can fix it for me i will shoot you a few bucks!

If it says unregistered you need to enter your registration code or it won't pick up anything. If you enter the code and get unregistered to go away and it still does not work than you need to check the fuse for your obd port.

Ok yes i believe ## right! I bought the software and interface of this site, i bought a sony clie palm and got the hotsync cable of ebay! I cant get a hold of buddy i bought the software and interface piece of. So ican get the regtration code. What do i do know?? Call pocket logger tommorow and tell them maby then can sell me a code or something or does one code work in all?? Anyone got a code ! No seriously i need to get this goin bad!

You can get the code from him, but then everything will be in his name and still go to his email. You will have to give them your serial number and everything to get a code from them and you can get it re-registered in your name and email instead of his. It costs like 20-25 bones.

Ok thats fine if i have to pay 25$ but the only thing is i dont have a serial number of the cable?? cause i bought the cable of ebay unless that interface piece has a serial number on it?? i wish i had a WENT DSM LINK i have 150$ palm pilot 100$ software and inteerface 20 for a hot sync cable ( that broke) another 20$ for another cable 50$ to get my computer to install the sony clie software on it! so i ahve 340$ and another 25$ to egster it in my name 365$ getting up there dsm link woludnt been much more!
