:talon: i recently put low compression pistons in 2.0 eagle talon non turbo what will happen if you run these with out a turbo right away? the car runs like crap and it wont idle could the pistons be causing this?

The higher compression pistons are what gives the non-turbo all of its power. If you remove them you can kiss your power goodbye. The reason the turbo cars have lower compression pistons is to compensate for the boost.

thanx to all that replied

the car runs but when i go to take off it will only go up to 3000 rpm and no more it has absolutly no acceleration. if i put a turbo head on it will that help,? or do i have to turbo charge it right away?
