So I went ahead and hooked up an old GTech blinkey AFR meter and went out for a spin. I got the engine up to full opperating temp and hammered the throttle. I noticed I was reading super lean, to the point that the last LED went out briefly. I am running 15 psi. The fuel pump was upgraded by a previous owner so I don't actually know exactly what it is. From everything I've read I should be reading rich at WOT. Should I be worried and how would I go about fixing this?

A/F gauges are worthless on the nearly-binary DSM O2 sensor.

To get meaningful O2 measurements, you must ascend to the lofty heights of $400 oxygen sensors.

I'm planning on getting a pocketlogger for general tuning use. Will a wideband O2 sensor work with that as the display? Or am I better off getting an EGT?

You need to buy a wideband kit and new O2 sensor to get readings. A wideband is definately the best way to go, but an egt gauge is better than what you currently have and about 1/3 of the price.

A WB O2 sesor is only $60 :p

Don't bother with the EGT either. Save the cash and get a wide band. You can then actually put that shitty AFR gauge to some good use!
