Nothing serious, but irritating that will cause problems in the future.

First, voltage droppage, I turn on a blinker, and I can hear my fuel pump varying its pressure and see my gauges dimming as it blinks, also flickers when i hit the brakes, interestingly enough, my hazard flashers dont cause the problem, possible resistance problem on the circuit? any other ideas? and what circuit?

My AC DRAINS my car, you can tell a huge difference at night with the lights on, im afraid to drive with the AC, i think it will stall my car if I turn the wheel at idle with the AC on... Battery is only a year old, and checked out ok, but I know the battery could still be bad even though they say its good (its happened before)... any shots in the dark?

140% on all fuel trims, even at idle... why is my ecu dumping max fuel, no matter what... I think the maf might be hacked, havent checked since im dropping in a 2g mas soon anyways, would a hacked mas give me full fuel trim? maybe a bad ecu? My 02 sensor seems to be operating fine, wonder if that could be the culpret also.

Knock... knock knock knock... not phantom knock, but actual knock, when the engine is warm, it likes to knock after 4400 rpm all the way to 7000, my guess, to much air, and the ecu is already max fuel trim, maybe injectors are maxed out also, Ill find out more when I install my afc and injectors...

anyone got any guesses? or places I could start looking if you've experianced these before? Id like to run 12's before I toss out my 14b, and these things are going to hold me back...

What year/model is the car? I assume its not the 99nt. Check the voltage coming from the alternator and make sure its properly charging the battery. Check the capacitors in the ECU. 1G's have a tendancy to leak. Is the CEL on? That might tell you alot all by itself.

Sorry, it's a 94 TSI awd... Voltage on the battery is good, when you say "is the CEL on" can you give a little more, I'm not familiar with that. Leaky capacitors is somthing I havent checked yet, but have been meaning to when the weather warms up a bit..

Also another note, when I say that Im having knock, i havent seen it get above 18, and usually stays around 13 - 16, and goes away when the ecu pulls timing back below 15 degrees advance, but it is constantly fighting knock above 4400 rpm's at WOT

OHHHH.... yeah the check engine light comes on if I drive for 30 miles consistantly, if I keep my trips under 30 miles it doesnt come on (I reset it because its annoying when it comes on)

It says I have a faulty EGR valve..
