Advice on removing stuck insulators?

I'm installing my 550 injectors and am having a hell of a time getting the black insulators out of the head, i was able to get one out with the injector but the other three are solid and won't come out... any advice on removing these?

Try grabing them with some needle nose. Im sure they are needing to be replaced anyways.
