here is the 411 on my 90 tsi awd:

when i gt back from vacation my ride was ripped off. alot of my engine parts was missing. i replaced most of them (that i know of).

new things i got was: coil pack, spark plug wires, ngk spark plugs, 450 injectors, fuel rail, 255 fuel pump, efi fuel control relay, 12v battery, all fuses.

now here is my problem, my ride cranks and trys to turn over but doesn't. i have spark to all 4 plugs. i have fuel to one injector only (#4). when i remove the spark plugs i have them soaked in fuel. i dry them up and try cranking them again. the car cranks but still it doesn't turn over. any suggestion?

please help...this is driving me crazy.

That pump is huge, especially with no AFPR to control the fuel pressure. It would make idle wacky but it should still start.

There is fuel on the spark plugs in all 4 cylinders but only #4 is firing? That doesn't make any sense. Did you check for intake leaks? Make sure there isn't some massive hole somewhere?
