I have Oil coming out of two exhaust ports, Help?

Okay, i finished installing new manifold, and O2 dump elim. When i fired it up, there was smoke coming out the back and the front dump. I poped hood to see and there was oil in the dump. I checked to see if it is the turbo, but there are no signs of shaft play. I took manifold off and see oil in two of the four exhaust ports. Any ideas? maybe Piston rings?

I found the same thing while I was changing the exhaust manifold gasket about a month ago. Im suspecting valve seals
