turn signals after new turbo and guages

i threw a Evo manifold, turbo, O2 on my car and now my turn signals dont work. i am pretty sure i didn't tap into the wires for them because my gauges and lighting work fine. tapped into the green w/white wire for power and black w/yellow for ground on the side of the center console. when i turn on the blinkers it makes a buzzing noise. bad fuse or relay? worked before i did this stuff. If i turn on the emergency flashers i think they are working, the front they're not but dunno about the rear. any help is much appreciated

Check your fuses?

changed fuse and still the same. hazards work fine. high beams turn on. anybody know what the wire colors for these are in the steering column, or could the stalk be messed up? it worked before I parked it to do the turbo stuff. sucks using arm signals
