Just what i need right now, Please help me out

I was taking off my exhaust manifold to yet again swap turbos, and the 2 studs at the end snapped off, and are still inside the head ( not able to use vice grips). I dont want to leave it, and have a sick exhaust leak. Anyone know what i should do? If it involves me taking off the head AGAIN, im going to leave them broken... I have the new SS bolts and crap, and i was going to put them on after my 2nd swap but put it off, now im ####ed... Any help???

Drill them out and try to re-tap them, not sure if your gonna be able to re-tap same size
