This is an SCCA event. All you need is an SCCA membership, which many people should have anyway. Here's more info on the event itself:

You'll want to make sure you know what class you'll be in so you know what time to show up. If you have a boost controller of any kind, you're automatically grouped in with Street Mod. If you don't have a boost controller, read here to determine what class you fit into:

I believe the cost of the event will be $30 for 3-5 runs, depending on how many other cars are there. I just went out to the Marina event this past weekend and had a blast.
A few things you'll need:
- A SNELL approved helmet. Most motorcycle helmets will work
- Battery must be tied down, no fluid leaks, tires in good condition, all lug nuts on and tight, seat belts working, brakes working, etc. All common sense stuff that they check before you can race.
