Using a fuel pump in my homade water injection kit?

What do you think about using a 100 psi fuel pump in a water injection kit? Is it ok to drop a fuel pump in pure methanol? I have a cooling mist injection kit already it is before the throttle body. I am wanting to inject pure methanol only at the track pre turbo using methanol i heard helps spool up a turbo on a automatic. I want to build the secondary kit using an extra fuel pump and my windshield reservoir Can this be done? Anyone try it or have any knowledge on it?

Update i went ahead and put this together as soon as i find my digital camera i will show you my finished rigged product i will be injecting straight meth into the turbo .
I am using a
100 psi fuel pump
A 240cc fuel injector from a non turbo 4g63.
My windshield reservoir tank and the wiring to it.
All vacuum lines are around 5/16 in size and a 3/8 hose and clamps.
I am using a p.v.c. for a check valve all though i don't need it really.

As long as you don't run water through the pump you should be ok as long as the pump is compatible with alcohol.

IMO Shurflo pumps are cheaper and put out more pressure. Also they are compatible with water and alcohol. I run 250psi through mine. Greater the pressure the finer the droplets. Finer droplets equal more efficient cooling and distribution.

Yeah you don't want big drops hitting the blades, if anything I would swap the aquamist to preturbo and put in your system where its at there.

Why re-invent the wheel? Not sure a fuel injector will work properly. Not to mention they aren't rated at 100psi.

Although if your spraying 100 percent meth and have a good misting nozzle you should be fine at 100psi. Meth has such a low boiling point it will pretty much vaporize before it hits the impeller.

You should install your kit in the charge pipe and run toluene injection. I've seen some wild numbers with that setup!
