I'm gonna be spraying my eclipse very soon after I get my new setup up and running. My question is I would like to run 87 normally and have a fuel cell of either 94 or 116 that goes straight to the zex control box and then to the nozzel as I'll be running a Zex wet kit obviously. My question is what kinda pump would be best to put on the nitrous line to supply enough fuel for a 75 shot now but after the bottom goes and I build it with forged internals a 175 shot later?

Uh..... you want to use two different fuel types, and have two completely different fuel systems just so you can run nitrous? What about running propane injection, or meth?

BTW, performance and 87 don't go hand in hand.

Ok teh idea of running a seperate fuel supply for nitrous is not new and neither is that hard. My question is about the pump not the possibilities of doing such a setup. the 87 is no longer 87 when mixed with a high octane fuel it's like putting octane boost in your car. If you have a cell of c16 that only gets used when sparying your fuel would be more like 93 when spraying which would be just fine. It's not just so I can use nitrous either your not seeing the bigger picture. Gas is expensive as hell. If you only have one supply you have to run 93 all the time instead of 87 or atleast drain the tank when your gonna spray but then your limited. If you have a sperate supply you can run cheap 87 al day and then just spray the good stuff when your actually spraying. See where I'm going with this???

I would say any inline fuel pump that is made for fuel injected cars would work since all it needs to do is feed the nitrous setup and not the injectors.

I am planning on doing this set up with mine just because I plan on boosting too, so when nitrous would spray with normal 93 on top of boost I would probably get pre det. but with a seperate fuel cell running c16 then it would make up for the octane and prevent pre det. You need an inline fuel pump that is switched and you also need a fuel pressure regulator with a return going back to the fuel cell. You would need a fuel pressure gauge on that line too to be safe.

Yeah I didn't think about all that. Would you really need to regulate it I mean tech the fuel supply to a wet kit isn't regulated because you usualy tap before the fpr. And a retun woudl be in the sam boat there isn't a return on a wet kit either. Granted it has a return via the stock setup but I'm not sure that would really bee needed as the fuel could just sit in that line all the way up the the solenoid and that is what the solenoid is for to regulate how much fuel goes to the pill.

I know its old but I wanted to help answer ^ question because I asked the same thing. Team 2GNT Forum - Viewing topic #100181 - Nitrous setup thought

I read that and just after found a site that has exactly what I'm looking for. You do need a fpr in short. There is a site more for high nitrous muscle cars that sells dedicated fuel setups with aremotives lines a cell and all the fitings with a walbro pump for like 710 bucs which I will be getting. I'll find the site and post the link so others can see.
