will EVO engine fit into 2g eclipse gst?

my stock 7-bolt is bad was going through alot of stuff and didnt have time to keep up with my car... im want to see if a evo mr or any evo engine will fit into my 2g any ideas???

NO absulutely NOT
try searching next time this is a question that gets asked quite often.
I would go 6 bolt swap (1g motor) its the most commun swap for the 2g and its proven to last on a good tune

damnn so does anyone have a 7bolt for sale looking for semi built without turbo or turbo bigger then evo 16g?

You'll need to search in the classifieds for an answer to this question.

You could fit an Evo III motor in your 2G. But any Evo IV-X won't work at all without an insane amount of modification.

An evo engine will fit under your hood.

As for getting it to bolt to anything or work in any way. Your going to spend more time, effort, and money than it is worth.
