I have noticed in the past week that my steering wheel will shake when I get going over about 55 mph. Do I just need to get myc ar aligned or do i possibly need new rims? Any help would be apriceated.

Have you recently had your tires rotated/taken off?
If so that could be the problem, take it somewhere to get them place right. Or like you stated alignement needs to be checked aswell.

If you have bad rotars it would also do this. As would different tire pressure in the front tires(right being more inflated than the left or vice versa).

Check these things and then you should be ok.

ya i just put them on my self after using my winter wheels. The suspention is new so i dont think that is it. Thanks for the help. i will gop to Swabies tomorrow

That is probly your problem. If that doesn't fix it then try the rotor check. Should do the trick!
