How do I reset my ECU?

On my neon I can just pull the fuse for the fuel pump for a minute and itll reset the ecu without reseting the sterio and other stuff like that.

Is there a way on a DSM to do it like that?

Anyone have the electronics diagram? Mebbe u can figure out a fuse or two that you need to pull to keep the ecu from getting power?

I THINK it's the mfi fuse @ the battery.
