bad vibes, found out why, but need help

Ok, bought my GSX a month ago and have been getting it ready for the road, it needed a clutch first of all-got one-had it put in, adjusted the clutch pedal to get proper engagement.
installed cold air intake, car wants to stall when i stop at a light/stopsign, I feel this is a bov problem, although recirculated there is nothing keeping it from blowing back out the air filter. doesnt really matter- gm3" and maft soon.
my actual problem is; I drove it a total of 100 miles since the clutch install, and it started an awful grinding/growling when rolling, clutch in, clutch out, in gear-out of gear.
i decided that maybe i had the transfer case problem, even though they drained and refilled it only 100 miles ago, WELL, that filler bolt was a PITA to break free as it had not been done!!!! i dont think EVER! i proceeded to drain the 4-5 ounces of melted chocolate(consistancy not actually real choc, of course) out and then poked through the dried cooked oil covering the inside of the filler plug.

SO, my question is: what should i put in the t-case to clean up some of the sludge? atf? 10w30? straight 50wt, recomended lubricant from the manual or maybe just slide in a stick of dynamite and call it a day?

put the recomended oil back in and no vibes/growling, but i'd still like to clean it out and i now have to check for leaks, which i dont expect to find with all that sludge in there. lol.

I dont know I they really make anything to clean it out. But you do have a few options. You can keep running the stuff you have in there and drain it every couple hundred miles until you feel it is clean enough. Or you can take it off and have it cleaned and rebuilt. Heck a transmission shop might even be able to just clean it out for you with out taking it apart.

Just put the proper oil in the t-case and drain and re-fill after about 200 miles, should be fine after that.
