Hard to shift on warm clutch

Ok guys, here is an essence of my problem: (stock flywheel clutch)

Before anything else:

When I push the clutch in, (warm car/clutch) and put it in first gear, sometimes I could feel the car bump forward a bit and I can feel that my driveshaft have moved. It is almost like when you put a car in drive on automatic with your foot on the brake, almost the same feeling.

When the clutch/tranny is cold, it shifts perfectly fine, easy to get into gear, no grinds (even though my 3rd syncro is most likely shot, it still doesn't grind 3rd when cold)

When the clutch/tranny warms up after 15-20 mins of driving, upon a complete stop it is very hard to shift into any gear, especially 1st and 2nd. Then, during driving it is harder to change gears. On warm clutch/tranny, 3rd gear will grind almost all the time.

Here is what I did so far:

Changed tranny fluid to 2 quarts of syncroshift and 1 quart of 75W-90.

Bled the clutch, but I only pumped the pedal 2 sets of 10 pumps. Clutch fluid is topped off, but it looks very dirty. My guess it might be some air in the system.

The rod on the pedal is adjusted to its maximum length.

I've done some research here, it might be the clutch not disengaging all the way, or clutch dragging. I haven't tried revving the car to redline with the clutch pushed in.

I would appreciate any feedback.

Thank you!

My first thought was a bad pilot bearing.

Friend, syncromesh is too thin for a transmission that specs a 90 weight oil IMHO, that stuff is thin as ATF. Needs to be all Redline MT90. But you can do that later after you get it moving.

It might be the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, rubber clutch line going bad.

Throwout bearing is another possibility.

Hey, how long have you owned it? How many miles on the clutch? We need more info to help people around here.
