abs brakes

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

We need alittle more information. It will make it easier to narrow down your problem. I would start by checking for leaks and if you find no leaks I would bleed the whole brake system.

the brakes work fine any other time but if u are in gear and hold it to the floor say to 7 k let off gas and leave it in gear untill it gets down to about 4500 then they work it this does not help the helpers then what do you want to know it has noleaks

Your brake booster works on vacuum. When you are on boost and no vacuum is available there is a check valve to hold vacuum in the accumulator. If the check valve is bad your brakes will only work off boost.

See http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/pro...uspect-vacuum-related-need-advice-please.html or search for brakes and “check valve”.
Or as a wise man once said “If it hurts when you do that, don’t do it.”

ok that prollay what it is . is it located on brakebooster
