I am in the process of finishing up a 2g 6bolt swap.

I used the following vacuum diagram: https://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/taboo-speed-shop-vacuum-diagram-and-removal-for-1g-and-2g.198327/

I cannot find where this line is supposed to hook up, this is the passenger side firewall, and its in the very corner, it looks to be stock but i cant figure out where it is supposed to hookup to:

This is the evap cannister, I unplugged this line when I pulled the 7bolt out of the 2g and now Im not sure what hooks up to this, I have everything else hooked up I believe as far as the vacuum lines go.

Thank turbosax2, I guess that means I am all set as far as my emissions stuff goes.

The window washer reservoir is missing under my hood, so i guess thats why that wasnt hooked up.

I found a couple different plugs on the wiring harness and dont know what they go to, I did notice that they can be plugged into one another, but this did not make since to me, why have two plugs on the same harness that plug into each other instead of just directly connecting the wire, unless its something you connect on specific times or something.

Then there are these vacuums lines on the old 1g thermostat water housing, what do people do with this when doing the swap? just pull the lines off or cap them? or dont really matter

Also there is an extra electric sensor as well in this picture that does not exist in the 2g, Im assuming I just ignore it as well.

The fluid reservoir is in the back of the car, under the spare tire. That line will connect to the squirter lines on the underside of the hood.

Use this article to find any connectors you're not sure where they go:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/art...047-2g-engine-bay-electrical-connections.html

Those look lke the connectors for the starter , in which case they will plug into each other. Verify the wire color to make sure. One connector should come from the main harness and the other connector should come from the battery cable harness.

Those vacuum lines can be removed from the sensor. You don't need to cap the nipples. Or you can remove the sensor from the thermostat housing and put a threaded plug in there instead, makes it look a little nicer. You can either ignore the 2nd sensor or put a plug in there too.
