No Oil Pressure

okay so im driving down the road and decide to hit on it for a second n then i hear a click click noise or almost like a griding of metal coming from my engine
i now have no oil pressure and thiers a strang noise comming from somewere in my motor took off the valve cover and looked around the head but everhing is smooth
HELP!!!!!

How many miles are on the car? Is the noise coming from the top or the bottom of the motor?

Do you have oil in the pan? Oil pump turning by the timing belt?

it has 102k
and i cant tell if its from the top or bottem
i looked all inside the head but everything is smooth
i checked the spark plugs also to see if something hit them or anything but nothing
and yes i have the oil pan on and the oil pump is fine
cant figgure out what the problem is
if i hold in the gas at certain rpms like 3200 or 3800 4100 and other rpms
the noise is constant
help!!
