Your knock really isn't that bad. It tops out at 2.8 which isn't anything really to worry about. I usually do worry about it since I'm shooting for no knock, but it's nothing horrible.

Are you sure your deadtime setting is correct? I'm not sure what brand injectors your have, but according to the DSMlink wiki and JeffGST's page, RC 550 injectors should have a deadtime of 180.

Out of curiosity, why is your base MAF in the ECU > Airflow dialog box set to VR4 as your default?

You should do the basic fuel trim tuning at idle, rev, and cruise. Make sure to log LTFT Lo, Mid, and Hi as well as STFT.

I think we'd appreciate it if you filled out your profile better. According to it though, you don't have a wideband. This is a critical item in WOT tuning. It can be done otherwise, but is not easy or optimal by any means. I would suggest you look into getting this as your next purchase.

I would also log your TPS to make sure it's in spec.

Your front o2 looks like it might be going. It does go any higher than .84v and drops off quickly after 4557 RPM's.

You sure that was at 15psi since your BoostEst tops out at 7.9?

Change your properties for your displayed values (Display > Values and then click on the values in the right column and click on the Props button).

Keep an eye on your coolant temps and make sure they don't rise any more. I'm not sure why it's static at 210F though. And I have no idea why your intake temp is static at -40. I've seen it when the intake temp and coolant temp is at -40 as well as TPS at 100%, you blew your ECU sensor ground, but that doesn't seem like the case.

the boost gauge (autometer) reads 10 psi then shoots to 15, kinda strange for such a small turbo to have that kinda response.holds 15psi till redline, also did you notice how i LOSE power the faster i go past a certain RPM? kinda not good LOL

also my car is a 91 galant vr4

Are you still getting the DTC code? If so, post it up. Also, post up an idle log (included all the values I mentioned above) and maybe another 3rd gear pull (again, with the values mentioned). And if you can, just run your wastegate straight from the boost source and see how that reacts. Watch your boost gauge during the pull to see what it reads.

And did you adjust all of your parameters?

outside of the dead time, i wanted to ask a few more qs before i went and tinkered with anything...now do you mean just run the line my BC is hooked up too with out the BC just connect them? wont i overboost with not boost controller?

He means hook a line up from the wastegate to say the inake manifold wih no boost controller. This will lower your boost to whatever the wastegate spring pressure is. This is also why he said to watch the boost guage to see what the new boost level is.

here are my DTCs

012 volume air flow circuit malfunction

013 intake air temp malfucntion

025 barometric pressure cirtcuit malfunction

Those all point to the maf sensor or its wiring. This is also why the intake temp reads -40.

what are some trouble shooting items i should try? a simple cleaning, or a full out trial and error thing? i also have a GM MAF with a MAFT wire waiting to go on....
edit: actually when i installed my FMIC, the air filter touched the positive side of the terminal and made a few sparks....isnt that RIGHT on top of the MAF?...think i cooked it
