Vacume lines I searched and learned a lil

I did a search and found the taboo shop but it isnt longer a website. I have a 91 talon tsi and was told I could get rid of all the vacume lines on top the tb. Well if i do this do I need to hook vacume back up to the fpr? Also any other vacume lines need to be hooked back up? There is a sensor that has vacumes lines going to it by the water neck. What is this an does it need vacume going to it still? Thanks guys for any help. I think there is like 4 on the tb which 2 run to the sensor and from that sensor to like the fpr egr and all that stuff. Thanks
