Center shaft and tc input shaft stripped

So... i've recently pulled out my tranny and the whole engine to rebuild the block. I found TC inner splines and tranny center shaft splines almost totally stripped out. The thing was so filled with rust that splines have stripped by the time with shaft movement. I went to the local mitsu dealer and those holy shaft are not afordable. 650 for centershaft and 400 for the other so not an option. I want to know if some guys have ever made them re-splined at a machine shop or something like that... What you guys that have faced the same situation have done??

Yea I broke down and boutght the parts I needed threw oem however I got dealer cost on them. However, I would give tre or jacks transmisions a call and see if they will see you just what you need. I have no idea if they will or not but its worth a try.
