How do I remove the bearings themselves. The only way I see right now is to use a 33mm socket and put up against it and pound it out. Every other way Ive tried doesnt work. unless i got like a air chisel and chipped away the aluminum till it splits in half and try beating it out then

The socket way works fine.

I used a brass rod and tapped all around the sides until they came out. I think I started with a screwdriver, but stopped because it was shredding the bearing.

100 times easier with the engine on a stand.

I make this mod using a large enough socket that i've grinded the make it real flat and able to sit properly with the bearing side. just punch it all the way around little by little and they will come out not too easily but enough to not being afraid of doing it. Anyway remember that this is pressed thing. Just give them a 180 degree turn and repress them in the block using the same method:thumb:
