Hey all,

I need to replace my Throttle body to Intake mani gasket, and I was wondering if doing so required me to completely remove the TB and disconnect all the components going into it? Or is there a quick and easy way to do it?

Thanks!

You will have to slide the throttle body off all the way the stud that goes into the intake manifold in order to replace the gasket. The only thing you will need to disconnect is the throttle cable, TPS plug. It should be able to slide off like that with the rubber lines connected to it on the bottom.

Don't forget to use a fair amount of Permatex Ultra Black RTV silicone sealant on both sides of the gasket to prevent boost leaks. You'll be happy you did.
