exhaust manny and o2 housing i bought

I bought this from a friend that has 100 miles on it. he had a big 16g and 3 in exhaust and was getting boost creep. I bought them both for $100 and its heat painted ($300) from what he told me. should i still heat wrap them?

That is all up to you. When you heat wrap them, your engine bay will feel a bit cooler because the heat is trapped inside the wrapped areas. You won't see any gains, except if you thermal wrap your intake (metal or aluminum), you will get a small gain. Don't expect anything on your butt-dyno though.

You won't feel gains, but the heat wrap will help to prevent possible damage to your alt.
It isn't necessary but it definitely can't hurt.

Heat wrap will for sure keep things a little bit cooler, but as far as gaining any real power, it won't.
