i got a turbo off a gsx at the junk yard and im havin problems with the wiring it just dont look like it will match up so my ? is does the wiring on a gs need to be changed out or can i just run new wires because the only part im havin problems with is the throttle body it just looks like the wires are totally different so what do i need to do

I see u got a 94,so you need the wiring plugs from a 91 to 94.By what you just said it sounds like you got the wiring of a 90,the plugs are different but the color coding are the same so you should be good. But really the turbo and n/t throttle body carries the same wireing and plug should plug right in

unless he has a 90 wiring harness but its a little hard it took me about two days to wire up my old gst (found it in a field and rats got to it) but i put a 90 harness in a 93 and it was pretty easy the only thing that you would have to fix is that your stock gauge cluster the tach wont work unless you get the 90 coil pack which that is the only thing really different everything else is the same and the tps and the throttle body sensors are different on the 90 TB so yea buddy best bet is to just install the whole new harness unless you are confident enough to splice which i wasnt btw it was hard for me because the guy i had helping me was a ####ing idiot
