engine won't rev-up after rebuild

Okay got the car back together finally after a year! Started good but the rpms jump around from 1150 - 1250 once you give it gas the car revs up to a couple thousand but that is it then it kind of lopes a little but won't go higher. With the rebuild I am running a 2.3 stroker, 880cc injectors and maft pro with 3" maf, fpr, and brian crower 272 cams, and dsm chip stage 3. Any help would be appreciated. I am not very smart when it comes to cars so that is why i'm a newbie

Okay figured out the problem. I talked to dsm chips and they told me I could run stock maf even if chip was configured for gm maf-t. It didn't work in my case car runs better now after switching back to the maf-t
