Kitchener,
I have a 90 tsi awd but in my manual it doesn't really give the best vacuum line diagram because the 90 intake manifold only has 2 nipples on the top and 2 on the side, i just changed all the vacuum lines and i noticed that there are 4 nipples in the back/bottom on the intake manifold? are they just lines from one side to another or are they for actually connecting to the manifold for some sort of solenoid? I do know that 2 were connected and 2 connected on the other side of the line but there are still 2 left, should they be used?,Also just wanna know what the firing order is for the coil pack of a 90 tsi awd, manual doesn't really say for a 90 only 91 ....thanks!!!

Unless you have a California model the two metal lines are unused. They are used for the additional EGR hoses to the solenoid on the firewall on California cars.

Keep in mind that firing order and the order of the wires on the coil pack are two different things.
All 4G63 DSMs have a 1342 firing order. The wires on the coil packs go 4123 Left to right facing the coil but because the ignition system is a wasted spark you can swap the pair on a coil and it will still work.
