Ok so i put my head in a hot tank and cleaned it all up but the problem is that all the chemicals from the tank dried white crap on myh head now. how in the world do i get it off i tried to power wash it and it didnt work im taking it to be sand blasted tgomorrow and hopefully that works any suggestions????

Have you already put the head on the car? you can always take it back to the machine shop and have them put it through the hot tank to get it off ,and then clean it off right away. If not, call the machine shop and ask them what you should use to clean it off. From what I understand, different machine shops use a different mixture for the hot tanks and parts cleaners.
