changing ball joints, anyother parts I should replace?

Okay Im changing the ball joints on my car. Is there anything else I should consider replacing? So far I have
ball joints
inner and outter tie rods

check the axles and see if the boots are ripped or not. make sure thers no slop in the wheel bearings. pads and rotors? also check your brake lines and make sure ther are no tears in the outer rubber lining along with signs of dry rot.

I replaced everything you mentioned because of the clutch job.
cv shafts
pads
rotors
calipers

So I guess all thats left is the ball joints, inner and outer tie rods

other than that is just to check the lower control arm bushings along with the actuall strut assembly. make sure the struts aren't leaking at all and what not.

It'd be a good time to swap to SS brake lines. It's a relatively cheap upgrade that you'll notice the difference in immediately.
