I'm working on a 1991 Eagle Talon Tsi. I purchased the car to swap the engine to a colt. It ran and drove fine before I started the swap. I got the wiring harness out of the car and the colt deal did not fall through because the guy didnt have a title. So I installed the harness back into the car. I got it running and drove around the yard and put it up. Well now I went out to start it and all it did was crank. I sprayed starting fluid and it sputtered a couple of times then fired up. Well then I tried to turn the lights on and there was nothing. Headlights dont flip up or come on, No tailights, Dash lights, Or heater blower motor. Is there a fusible link or ground That runs all the above components. I'm really confused....

I'd check all the grounds first. If they are all in tact, I'd check the harness. On these older cars, especially DSMs that have previously leaked oil, the harness plugs can get covered in grime and may not be completely connected. Clean them off and double check them.

I would check the power transistor plug to make sure its plugged in.... I would check all your plugs if you pulled the harness.....
