Belt sizes for 1g with no AC, Underdrive pulley mod.

Hi everybody, I happen to remove the AC on a 6 bolt swap and have an unorthodox underdrive pulley. need the belt model numbers or sizes? I know that the pulley came with a instruction sheet with those on it. Does anybody happen to know a link to it. Thanks.

If there's no belt size alluded to in the "kit" then it's a guessing game. You can take a belt which fits the grooves and move your adjuster all the way to the bottom. Cut the old belt in two and pull it together. Mark the spot where they cross and take that to your local parts house. You may have to try 2 or 3 to get it right but this will get you into the "ballpark"

My first step would be to find a stock sully, people have had problems out of the underdrive setup. The stock pulley serves as a harmonic balancer the aftermarket pulley doesn't serve this important function. Bottom line why ask for more problems. Just my .02
