Wheel Bearing Remover tool?

I just orderd one of these b/c i do not have access to a press at the moment. Does anyone know if this tool works? Was It a royal pain in the a*s.

You can get a wheel bearing out with out any special tools. Just a big counter weighted rubber malet and a large socket the same dia as the bearing and a lil muscle! Worked for me all the time.

ya Ive done that to but i got to do two on my bros car and 2 on mine, then my lil bros in about a month when he gets the dollas. so i figured it would pay itself off in a lil, but only if it worked

Advanced Auto and other chains have a tool-loan program. Bring it back unbroken, and it's free. A bearing puller isn't usually a worthwhile purchase for a home garage.
