it should, the most they changed in some years ( to my knowledge ) was the output pins on the ignitor.. if you put it in and the car won't start but just pops and back fires, swap the plug wires to the alternate coils...as long as both cars were the same tranny type ( AT or MT ) it should work...actually call 402-571-4424 ext 228..ask for pat and tell him turboglenn that use towork there told you to call and check interchange on them... the computer system they have is pretty damn accurate on what swaps into what.. i added a lot of DSM stuff to their database when i worked there
 
You will have to switch your plug wires around as if you were doing a 6 bolt swap, as well as get your CAS signal inverted.

transmission type does not mater when swapping ecu's they have a separate control unit called a TCU.
