2860 with a 263pc toolbox, 2 backpacks, laptop, books, glove compartment full of sh*t....

oh..and i don't race with the pass seat or the exhaust on. as well as i didn't have my cf hood on.

so all in all, i figure i can subtract about 135-150lbs...so i'm right near 2710-2730. if i remove my interior panels and rear speakers i should be right near 2700 even.

Why don't you take your car to get weighted?

I always put on weight when I go back to school...hahah. I do love the beer though. But I think I love race gas more than beer

mine ways 2860 with me in it i'm 6'3"weigh 360lbs fk weight reductionLOL

I figure if I strip the car I should be around 5000 lbs. ROFL J/K I need to take mine out to the Grain Elevator and get it weighed. I took out the back seats and all the trunk crap. The panels are next

Panels dont weigh nothing... Youd make it look tacky for no reason, unless its a drag car that is.

Full interior car weighed in at 2880 empty. Missing some stuff under the hood and front crash beam. You guys around 2700lb should post what you pulled.

Tossed full a/c system, cruise control, abs , rear speakers, spare tire and jack, all sound deadner, switch to manual seat belts, removed rear windshield wiper motor and assembly, front crash beam, everytihng back seat related, lightweight Fd rims, removed all heat shield and other various brackets and bolts, lightweight batter + relocation and removing battery tray, removing EGR components, gutted under dash board while leaving heating system, removed fog lights, removed padding under carpet, removed rubber stuff from both sides of fire wall, some go as far as to cutting out various metal that doesnt support anything on the chasis.

I seem to have just about the same as you removed. Except the rear wiper assembly, manual seat belts, and fog lights.(Guess what I'm doing this weekend?).

Pulling the rear wiper assembly :D

Thanks for the idea. :thumb:

I decided when I pulled my A/C compressor off that if I ever needed a heavy object that needed to do some damage to something that this would indeed be it. It must weigh 30 lbs :tease:
