Alright guys im doing an upcoming build on my car and i some questions on some for my car and need opinions and answers. I still want my car streetable and not a track queen.

For Sure Mods:

Intercooler piping
Mitsubishi 20g TD06 (ported both sides)
Turbo manifold (cant find an equal length for the turbo)
Downpipe
Testpipe
Exhaust
Intake Manifold
Bigger Throttle Body
DSM Link

Dont Know Mods: I want a forged bottom end

Intercooler (what size)
Stroker Kit
Forged Pistons and Rods
Injectors
Fuel Pump
FPR
Cams
Valve Springs
Retainers
What PSI to run the turbo at because of the forged pistons and rods or the stroker kit
Nitrous (what shot)

It's nice on paper LOL. Get it together and then make a thread and that'll make it easier for us to give you input. That's a pretty ambitious mod list for an apparent newcomer, so make sure you do your research because DSMs' definitely aren't snap together like tinker toys. Maybe you should get it lightly modified and running good on the 20g and then go for the all out drag car. N20 isn't necassary for a 20g or on the street IMO.

Listing hypothetical mods is one thing, but actually building a powerful car yourself and having it work right is quite the undertaking. Good luck I guess.
 
Wow......Maybe you should start with the basics and go from there.

Basically you are starting with a bone stock car and going all out but trying to keep it streetable. You need to research or go to the tuning guide listed on this website. :thumb:
 
Your goals are very vague..... Streetable...hmm,... evo 3 , turboback, injectors, rewired pump.... try that power then move on if needed.
 
Alright i see where you guys come from but the search button on the forum isnt really that good 18g and 20g werent on there and i had to create a thread. My mods are Big 16g, Supra sidemount, uper piping, lower piping, 3inch downpipe, plugs and wires, ACT 2600, resurfaced flywheel. I not a new guy to cars or to dsm's at all and i know what im doing. 400 Wheel hp is still streetable.
 
After doing some more RESEARCH i know what im going to do. No nitrous to many more problems and more money and more tuning time besides 'Nitrous is for ####ys Turbos are for race cars"
