blue lock tite/rtv on bolts?

Was wondering if you are supposed too use lock tight on the threads of the bolts for the timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, balance belt tensioner pulley or timing belt tensioner pulley when installing the t belt? I am Right in the middle of this and could use the help. Thanks for the help.

i would just use blue lock tight not the red stuff

Blue will be fine. RTV will lubricate the threads.
