I searched on here and a thread said to use brake cleaner on the maf. and like a dumbass I did it and now my car is running like crap and can barely take off or pull hills and threw a cel,is my maf now toast now or does it just need to sit for a while?

Try using a bit of compressed air to dry it. Then take off the fuse box cover and just pull the BIG yellow fuse. You don't have to take it out just pull it out so theres no connect. Leave it for five minutes and it will reset your computer. See if that helps.

I think either the negitive battery cable wasnt getting very good contact, becouse I pulled it when I cleaned the maf, becouse I'm runnin so damn rich I wanted to reset the values before I cleaned the maf or the darn sensor was still wet
