Ok so I changed the timing belt on my 95 GST .... I changed the stock one to the HKS Purple Kevlar one from slowboyracing.com ... now its riding towards the right (if your looking at the engine) ... but it doesnt slip or move more towards the side once its running ... its just not centered ... Is that normal ??? Anyone know how to fix it if its not ??

Also now when I start it its louder is that because of the belt not being the stock one ... and since this one is made from a different material ??

:dsm:

the motor is fine .... everything was timed up perfect ... the noise isnt really a problem ... i think its ### the belt is a different material and is stiffer ... but what im really concerned with is why it moved to the one side ... instead of being in the middle ... i started it today ... its runs good ... just the belt moves to the right side and then it stays there ... it only moves as far out as the pulley is ... it doesnt go past it ... but i dont want it to come off while im driving or when i boost it up later .... :dsm:

Not all of them are going to ride perfectly in the middle of the cam gears. And learn some grammar.
