So I just recently installed a Hallman MBC. Turned it up to ~16 psi. Ran it few times down my street, put the car away. The next weekend I take my girlfriend out to show her and it wont boost past 8-10psi, and the turbo has a terrible flutter metal noise in it. So I shut it off. Go out the next day (Today) and fire it up, runs fine I run the car about 20 minutes and the turbo problem was back. I pulled my dipstick, my oil seems super thin, but I've only had the car about a month and messed with it on the weekends. So I'm going to change the oil, pull the return line, see if that helps.
And any ideas what's cause the turbo flutter/rattle at ~8 psi of boost?
Also had an issue with the ECU/Clutchwire Mod:
I put a KeyDiver chip in it, but ended up connecting the clutch wire to the wrong wire in the ECU. I connected it to the #2 wire instead of the #4

So... when I started the car the wire smoked and melted.. along with a plastic harness connector under my dash(not too bad). I pulled the wire almost instantly and as far as I can find these are the only two things that started to melt. The car still starts runs, all electrical works ok. I also opened the ECU back up, nothing is melted or burned.
What should I do about the melted harness...?
