my intake cam gear had a hairline crack in it so ive got to replace it, question is, is the exhaust gear the same size as the intake, because i've got an extra exhaust gear. it should be alright to use shouldnt it? will the only thing i have to worry about is that the factory timing nicks wont line because well, they're the same.

Should be the same. Why don't you do a visual comparison just to make sure? As long as you line up the dowel pin which I don't know how you couldn't... you'll be fine.
