I just bought a 96 talon tsi awd and i wanted to upgrade to a bigger intercooler and i was wondering what would be the cheapest way.
Should i buy the intercooler and piping seperate or buy the whole kit as one but buying the kit is really expensive.

So can someone tell wats best to do

I bought the ssautochrome FMIC kit off ebay and i love it. It took alot of fabbing mostly cutting the bumper, but it looks sharp and I noticed a small power increase. The kit was only 295 which was the best part of the deal. I would definatly check out that.

buy something that will be appropriate for your courant mods and future goals. i've seen some good deals in recent vendor threads. kits from punishment racing, extreme turbo systems, and some others offer some pretty high quality craftsmanship while maintaining a good price.

Price to performance ratio, the EBAY ssautochrome FMIC is the best deal out there. There's a big thread you can find if you search EBAY and FMIC. A lot of the local guys I talk to run it and you just can't beat the price.
