Toronto,
I finally finished installing all the mods - My profile is now updated. I now have to start tuning. I bought a used DSMLink v2. Right now I didnt touch any settings and my car is running really rich. My Wideband o2 A/F reads >18. When I drive there's black smoke coming from the exhaust and there's a fuel cut at around 4500 RPM (feels like hitting a brick wall). The car wont go past 4500 RPM. The manual recommended to set the global fuel at -55% and the deadtime at 315. These settings dont seem to work for me. This is the log I made with DSMLink. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

Thanks.

Your actually running lean as hell, and your not really hitting fuel cut per say. You're actually running so lean that when you hit boost, there's not enough fuel for your engine to run. I would be very careful if I were you. You can blow your engine very quickly with DSM link if you don't know what you are doing.

The A/F Ratio you see there isnt accurate. I have a AEM Wideband which I use to monitor the A/F. The car however was in fact running extremely rich. I fixed a couple of boost leaks and then reduced fuel to around -59% with 315 deadtime and increased the airflow. It runs much better now.

Im still confused as to why the manual wanted me to set it to -47% for the 850cc Injectors that I have now.

I'm having a problem tuning my new setup right now. I'm using MAF-T to tune my new 6 bolt, and for some reason, I'm at around 15 A/F at idle, and then it drops below 10 as soon as you put the motor under any load, and I've done all the different adjustments, and nothing is working. So I'm thinking that my ECU might have a problem, or my bad O2 sensor could be giving me a problem.
