Need Help Quick Wont Start after evo 3 intake mani install Any Ideas

I Absolutly need my car by 6am to work. I jsut installed evo 3 intake manifold and my car when i start it idles at 100 rpms and backfires liek crazy. I dont think im getting any fuel because, im pretty sure previously when i turned my keys to the on spot i could hear my walbro whine, now i cant. Can anyoen else hear theres when it is in the on position. I checked the fuse i used when i rewired it and its fine. The only other thing i cna think of is my mdf is just laying out because there is no spot for it on new mani, and my egr is just blocked off hanging for the moment, but i dont think either of those should tamper with my fuel pump not coming on. Is their any ground or anythign i may have disconnected ?

Just took some stuff apart and checked my tps and it is correct at 15k and .91.

did you remember all your gaskets, etc, plug in all harnesses, vac lines. maybe you missed the vac line to the fpr?

Nope i got everything down i have taken off my intake manifold before so i kinda knew what was going on. I figured it out though i ran my fuel pump rewire through a hole i drilled in firewall, dont ask why. And it must have got yanked on or something because it ripped along the sharp firewall medal. Mods you can close this since i dont think it will help anyone in the future.
